Thanks to Yelp, I discovered this great store with a very helpful owner. He was eager to talk about his product and offered samples of those I was interested in. An important note, it's a little tricky to find, but Google maps will get you close. Like everything in the old part of Cologne, it's not really far from anything. Keep your eyes open for signs along the walk that offer you directions. I found it down a pedestrian only path, but there is a front entrance on a more regular thoroughfare. Have fun and enjoy some scotch that you may not be able to find anywhere else outside of Scotland.
