She told me that the technicians would be here today and that she would call to give me a heads-up when they were on their way. Jayden (J) and Cody were the technicians that came to my home, and I could not have been more impressed with them!!! They were very knowledgeable and more than competent to do the job at hand and they were both more than willing to answer any questions I had!! They did an excellent job and Cody even killed a whole nest full of wasps that had set up shop in my clean-out drain!!! They were very gracious... listening to this old woman (ME!!) rattle on about a little bit of everything. I am so very pleased with THEM and the work they did, AND with Jessica!!! They will definitely be my "go-to" plumbers from now on!!!

Save yourself the trouble! Thomas Ellison began my job on…read more04/15/24, which included installing a couple of electrical outlets, a new dishwasher, and replacing entry doors. He estimated that the job would take 2-3 days. Outlets and dishwasher were done the first day. On day 2, the replacement door wasn't correct so we had to purchase a new one; he and his helper went with me and there were no problems. Within minutes of them returning to my house, the 2nd man starts yelling at Thomas about not being paid. Plenty of yelling & cursing from both of them as they are standing in my front yard, and I'm sure a neighbor called police to have them drive by. Thomas said this had happened once before, and he wouldn't bring that guy back again. Job wasn't finished so I expected him back on Wednesday. However, he's a no-call/no-show for the next 2 days; when he finally responded, he said he'd been helping a sick family member. He shows up on Friday, 04/19 and works until about 3:00, when he says he's going to get something to eat. He said he would return to finish. I text at 4:30 to ask and he says he has to get metal cut to finish the job, which he hadn't mentioned. I ask if he will be able to finish Saturday morning, as it should have been done already and I have other plans, he says yes. He works on it Saturday until I need to leave; he says he needs to pick up the metal and come back to install it that afternoon, then job is complete. Door frame is still unfinished and he is no longer responding to messages. Overall, he lied to me at least 3 times about finishing the job yet never did. He cashed the check knowing he hadn't finished it, and I'm sure now that the money argument about his helper not being paid has some merit. He wasted a lot of my time by keeping his word. He did a decent job, and I have other projects that I told him about, but I wouldn't hire this dishonest man to do anything for anyone.

BEWARE!!!! Philip Davis came to service my AC unit because it wasn't cooling. He claimed the…read morecapacitor was bad because the fan wasn't turning which I thought odd since it was the first thing I checked before calling him and it was working fine. He changed the capacitor, added Freon and billed me $173.00. The house started cooling down and I took a much needed nap. When I woke up it was 85 degrees in my home. I checked the air handler, which he never even looked at, and the fins were frozen over. I called him back to let him know what was going on. He said I needed a new unit and told me the Freon must have leaked out. I asked him why he had not tested for leaks before adding the Freon and he said he just didn't. It was obvious that he did not plan on coming back so I said "So I just wasted $173.00 for nothing!". He said pretty much and these things happen! I will be reporting him to the EPA and just wanted to warn anyone else who might be contemplating using his services. I am on a fixed income as many seniors are and I can ill afford to be ripped off. SHAME on you Mr. Davis!
