Store is clean and well-maintained, the staff are usually friendly and polite, and the parking lot is large. However, nothing is more annoying than pulling up to the pump and not being able to pump diesel without pre-paying. There are no card readers and the employees won't turn the pump on. I want to be able to fill my truck up and then pay without leaving money or a card inside first. What's to keep an employee from stealing my credit card numbers? This is just a sign of poor management. Place some cameras where you can see the license plate and let people pump gas! read more
