I was a bit hesitant as the crust is made of flax and chia seeds, but it turned out to be tasty and not bloating at all! I would have liked to have ordered one of their vegan/vegetarian options but one was with asparagus and the other had broccoli on it, which I'm not entirely fond of. The arugula and parma was well suited to my hunger and was delicious! It is nice to see places like this pop up. While they may not be the best place to serve everyone (I can't see an 85 year old Sicilian man stoked to have a low-carb pizza), it is ideal for me and many others out there.
