He even knew that there were known issues with the rear brakes on my wife's car. He made sure that he was searching for the right part by asking me if the front calipers had one or two pistons. He said the front brakes were really good on this vehicle, and he's right. I had measured my wife's rear rotors ahead of time and they were 328mm in diameter. I am tired of getting the wrong parts, but at least this place knew exactly which parts I needed, even if they didn't have them in stock. He as able to tell me which store had them, but it was too far to drive.

Mechanics have reported that my wife's car's battery is low. They've been telling me that for a…read morecouple years now. And I replaced the battery in April 2020 with one from O'Reilly. Well, I recently had my cousin who is a mechanic work on my car. He said that my battery was low again and that he charged it for me. Then I took my car in for an oil change and they told me my battery was low again. So I scheduled an appointment with the dealership to find out what is happening with the car's electrical system. It turns out, the alternator was not putting out enough voltage to keep the battery charged while the car was running. So I had the dealership install a new alternator. Then I returned to O'Reilly with my battery and my receipt from April 2020. But they didn't have a replacement battery in stock, so they had to order one for me. Two days later, they replaced the battery with no questions asked. Kudos to O'Reilly for sporting a 3-year, no-questions-asked warranty on their batteries. This is the fourth battery in eight years for this car. I'm hoping that this electrical issue is finally resolved. I won't buy another Chrysler unless they improve their vehicle quality.

The first staff member that I talked to was not too helpful, but the second one went above and beyond the call of duty. We made about 7 trips back and forth to my car trying to find the perfect tool to get something done. We finally found it, I went home, and I was ready to finish the job! ...except I bought the wrong oil filter that morning from a different AutoZone location. Of course, I left the receipt at home in Lakewood. They were very understanding. They allowed me to get the new filter and even let me return the wrong one without any trouble. During the course of the day, I was beyond frustrated with myself. The workers at the Medina AutoZone saved me and did it with a smile.
