Terrible company. I took off work to meet with them, and then they called me after they were supposed to arrive to tell me they wanted an extra $120 for being outside their service area. Ken was amazing...washer blew at 4:00. He was at my front door by 4:20. Washer is fixed and I am a happy girl. I highly recommend B & Z.
