So I thought he would certainly do the job properly & professionally - I was wrong! When he arrived, I asked him where his ladder was, and he said he did NOT need it. I replied that he should use one, so that he doesn't end up spraying my entire front door, and making a mess in the process. I even offered MY ladder, but he didn't want it. Thus, I mentioned that I should cover the door and the landing area, and he responded, "Don't make a mountain out of a molehill" - his exact words! Due to Doug's very disrespectful comment to me, and the fact that he did NOT want to use a ladder, nor insert the NEW 'bulb' in the socket (he told me to get someone else to do that), I let him go before he even started (I did NOT give him any money). I found someone else - with a much better attitude, and who used a ladder. Doug does NOT respect women, because I'm quite certain that if I was a MAN, he would NOT have made such an asinine, disrespectful comment! What a jerk!
