Recently I was in the market to buy my first full size four-wheel drive heavy duty truck. I had been looking online, social media, and the worst of all car lots.. Being a car salesman myself for a short time I have an extra level of dislike and layer of defense. So my hole story is for you if you feel as you are having to get ready for the mental awkward chess game that is buying a new car. Not to mention I don't want to be in this chess match ALL day long with this shark sales person and probably At least one sales manager. So I started looking on my local B & R Auto Wrecking in Albany OR .Thanks to the best parts guy I have delt with since I was old enough to order my own replacement auto parts Justin Hopkins. This man gave me the gift of the EXACT opposite of EVERYTHING I hate about shopping & buying a new car..(that is NO exaggeration) no pressure, cut and dry, Here is what I can get 4 u, if u like one let me know, he was with me ALL of the way threw the purchase, pick up (Washington) even after helping me with the DMV Logistics. It was so painless and so fast and I never felt so as if a friend or I should say friends had my back helping me in the purchase a car never once did I feel, or think, are these guys telling the truth. Never worried about about whether they were trying to get over on me. I legitimately felt like they were family concerned for me and had all of my concerns at all times. They made sure I got the best for my money. I say they because there was another B&R employee that went even further for me a perfect stranger to him. in my worst time of need after I had traveled almost 400 miles.experiencing the worst series of events I have ever faced on a road trip. EVERYTHING from getting pulled over twice to a log truck SERIOUSLY trying to run me off the road . just to almost not be able to get my truck home he stayed late help me get a travel permit out of the state of Washington so that I could get it back home . so thank you to B&R site manager Travis T.and Albany B&R Justin H. This time i want to recognize another stellar salesperson at B&R Albany. Recently we ordered some parts close to closing time from a saleswoman named Amanda Hoover. I would like to say how much I appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions and get the correct part, the first time and on time to us the next day. She was knowledgeable and courteous, which is hard to find. I have bought car parts two times in the last year with B&R of Albany. Each time I was helped by Jairo Martinez. Both times Jairo went above the level of service I had expected. He was very persistent and helped me to find the parts I needed in a timely fashion and even had them shipped to the mechanics for me! Hilltop Automotive of Sweet Home has been doing business with B+R for years and we are quite satisfied with the relationship and service!

Not helpful in the slightest and their used parts are priced more than it would cost new. I do not recommend this "business" to anyone.
