Our travel trailer was destroyed and our p/u truck was not drivable. Jen was able to send one of her trucks out to the crash site 2 days later after the weather subsided and brought both rigs back to her yard. Her crew enabled us to load up the personal items from both rigs into a rental truck and drive back to our home in the States. Jen was very empathetic to our plight and was willing to work with the insurance company directly for fees. She and her staff represent the finest of Canadian niceness.

Booked in for service on a Friday, they took it to a muffler shop to find an exhaust leak, they let…read moreit sit at the muffler shop for a week without anything being done; l was told they would do the work the following week but by Tuesday afternoon it had not moved from where it was parked with no sign of it going into the shop and nothing being said by them. I am taking it to another shop for work. This is the second time I have had a problem with them. The other time was quoted a price for a repair and when it was done the price was just about double. Their customer service has gone out the door as well as me.
