I don't think I have ever received better customer service from any other business in my entire 48 years of life.
I walked up at 2pm with somewhat of an emergency request.
Bob was busy welding out front but stopped what he was doing and within 10 minutes had a machine set up to do what I was asking for.
Normally (especially in this line of work), someone will tell you they might be able to look at it tomorrow because they're too busy......and it's not like they weren't busy!!!
By 5pm 1/2 of the parts we needed were finished and we were back in business at 7am the following day.
Cannot say enough about the service I received and Bob's "customer 1'st" attitude that is very rare to find these days.
