Okay, lets tippy-toe back to the year 2017... I was just starting a garden up, roughly a 50x30…read morefoot garden at the time. My best friend always kept a garden and was pestering me to start one since I had more room to grow one. Anyhow, knowing the feast or famine in regards to rain that we have down here in south Alabama I knew if I started a garden I wanted a drip system to keep it watered. While I was at it, I decided to order my buddy a kit for his garden, too...I mean, we'd be buddies for over half a century...even back in the bicycling days of banans seats and coaster brakes. Anyhow, I put my order in...but there was a problem. It seemed they were out of drip tape that came with the kits so they made me an offer on some Rivulis T-Tape. I took their offer but did not know just how good a deal they were making me. We've using that tape for years now! Great, tough, dependable stuff. They did not have to offer it to me at the deal they made me but they wanted to take care of their customer...even a little guy like me with a small order (compared to the big corporate farm orders that they get!). I appreciated that. Berry Hill Irrigation is a class act! Now, fast forward seven more years to now... I decided to get my feet wet with fertigation. I ordered the small 3/4 gallon EZ-Flo injector for my garden from them along with some 3/4" poly fittings that I needed. I needed a little tweak with the order to make it work for me and left a comment about it in the order for the injector. It was probably less than an hour after placing the injector order that I got a response back from Jennifer telling me that they could definitely accommodate my request and that if I would go ahead and send them the extra info that they would get it took care of for me. I sent the info and within an hour or two I get a shipping confirmation for the whole shebang!!!! That is *FIVE-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE*!!!!! I sure wish the government was this efficient!!!! So, my hat's off and a big thanks to Berry Hill Irrigation for running a tight ship and going the extra mile for their customers...even little customers like me. And a special thanks to Jennifer for handling this last special order for me. I included a photo of my 1st-year garden. A bumper crop of zipper cream cowpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, and okra. I couldn't have done it without the drip system!!!! Berry Hill has got what you need. Their prices are competitive. And they have great customer service! Why shop anywhere else?
