Bus driver while having kids on the bus almost ran me off the highway and stuck her middle finger up at me. I contacted the president and manager and nothing was done and they never returned my calls or emails. Be careful using them, very dangerous with kids and I will be contacting other resources to have them further looked into. read more

I hired B and B to transport my guests to my wedding and back on Oct. 23, 2022. I had 2 school buses pick up my guests at the Hotel Marcel and drive them to Bill Miller's Castle, then take them back to the hotel after. Working with this company was an absolute pleasure! They are so personable. I needed to adjust the original times I had given them and they responded that day to make the changes. They showed up at the exact time they were supposed to and stayed at the castle for the duration of the wedding. They were friendly to my guests and drove safely. Their prices were very competitive. The worst wedding shuttle company ever! Brides, do not give yourselves a headache by hiring this company, I am sure there are other shuttle companies that actually understand how wedding shuttles should work. We paid $500 for a wedding shuttle to pick up guests from the hotel and drop them off at the ceremony, and then pick them up from the venue and bring them back to the hotel. At the first pickup, the bus driver left without any passengers! All the guests were standing outside the main entrance of the hotel, including the groom's family, and the driver never bothered to come out of the bus and see if that large group of people was waiting for this shuttle (this was a popular wedding weekend, so there were other wedding parties at this hotel, and the poor guests of course thought that the bus driver will certainly ask and guide them to the correct bus). No customer service! The groom had to find alternate rides for his family to get them to the ceremony on time, and the other guests waited for the next shuttle (we had one more half hour later), and then they all squeezed in to fit since they were worried they weren't going to make it. At the end of the night the driver also left without any customer service skills, no checking to see if any other guests needed to leave since it was the last shuttle of the night or anything. Just left and we (bride and groom) had to find rides for people at the end of the wedding. Basically when it comes to making the wedding day go smoothly, this is not the company that will help make that happen, they will only take your money and do the bare minimum, and even less than that, since technically they didn't provide the service they were paid for when the driver left without the passengers. The owner, Roseann, never responded to multiple emails we sent her afterwards, which is why this review had to be posted for other brides to be aware. Don't use this company, they will take your money, but will not address any issues and will not even apologize when they make mistakes. read more
