Admittedly, I was surprised the store wasn't larger. Especially since this is supposed to be the home of Demask. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic and based on US standards. I don't know.
Louva was there when I visited and though she didn't seem very friendly at first, once I started asking questions, she was very attentive to my interests. Unfortunately, they did not have the sizes I was looking for in a couple of items, but she explained they could be ordered for me and helped me take photos of tags for future reference.
I found another item I really liked and purchased it. After I took it back to my hotel, I noticed that part of the rubber had been accidentally stapled to the paper she had wrapped it in.
I contacted the store to ask if they had another in this size for an exchange. They didn't. I spoke with Iris about my options. One of which was I could keep this garment and if anything happened, such as a tear, they would replace it. Before my conversation with her I was feeling very unsure about how this would work out, but her kindness and professionalism while discussing my concerns were thoroughly addressed and resolved.
Most importantly, the garment is of excellent quality: great fit, appropriate thickness of rubber, and very sexy and stylish.

Also: Shortly thereafter, I bought another Demask garment from another retailer and it needed a little alteration. I emailed Anton to ask what glue he'd recommend for their products and he said if I sent it to him he'd make the alteration for free. I decided to do it myself, but I thought his offer was very kind.
