Everything was lovely. I had a venison ragout with spaetzle (because I had to give in and have some carbs) and apple sauce with a lingonberry-esque berry garnish. My friends took the sauerbraten and viewer schnitzel, which both were very nice as well (and as usual, it seems). Conveniently, they are open all day Sunday, which is a plus in this region.
