What passes for a restaurant baguette, their "l'Olympique" is more like two restaurant baguettes and lasts longer. Their "nuages" (a square form of boule, deeply crusted) served extremely well on the dinner table as well as for toast at breakfast. The variety of breads is impressive, at times exotic, and the several that we have tried maintain the same high quality. We only wish we had time to try them all!
