Wanted to try Paella so badly, found Azul near the San Juan Beach, Alicante. Let me tell you, I enjoyed every bit of time at this place. The atmosphere was amazing from the beach, the service was beyond expectations with knowledgeable staffs and what a great service. The Cesar Salad was the best, the Grilled Calamari was the bomb, I wish I could have more of it and finally, the signature Dish the Shrimp Paella was very mouthwatering tasty that my taste buds were jumping on joy. Perfect temperature and perfectly seasoned, not salty as the other paella I gave tried. I will definitely come back next time again when I visit. read more
