The response was that no regular tables were available and no accessible alternative was offered. While we were there, standard-height tables were visible in the dining area. As a result, I had to remain seated in my walker. Because the table height was above my seated level, I did not have usable table space to eat over. A manager did not come over to address the issue directly. Regardless of how seating is scheduled, accessibility needs should be addressed when they arise -- and servers should not be put in the position of relaying refusals of accommodation. I'm sharing this not only for those who rely on accessible seating, but also because it reflects a broader lack of care and integrity in how customer needs were handled.
