The office was very helpful when my Medicare Advantage plan decided that I didn't need PT and was able to switch me over to original Medicare. Without PT, I would have been up a creek!

They sure wanted me to take home her other stuff. She had some brand new items that I purchased and that still had price tags on them. They wrote her name in permanent marker in Large letters inside the neck. I understand writing her name but they didn't have to destroy the items. I don't think they can be donated. This place is a total joke of a rehab center. I was told that because I didn't have the Covid booster shot I could not go and use the weight room for 8 days. I tried to understand their reasoning but was floored when my occupational therapist told me he didn't have the booster shot either and he works there. Now to the food or what they call it. The food was not fit for my dog! It was absolutely disgusting and cold. They brought me a grilled cheese sandwich and it was just a soggy mess that I balled up and threw is back in the container. Now to the uneducated staff. Most of the time you get a Tech. They don't know anything about paralysis, paraplegia, etc. They do have a call button!
