He stated he would give a refund because of my situation, and still waited to play games giving a refund. The text I have is proof that he agreed to a refund and WILL REFUND, the full amount. He also provided a contract after paying the full amount of $400 which is backwards, instead of agreeing then paying. He then through many texts and a few calls continued to play games and now it's almost 7 days later and still no refund. He then sent a guy over to so called "scope it out" at my home yesterday (5 days later) and bother my wife while working. He then proceeded to make threats because I am disputing through credit card company. His contract does not give anyone who rents within his "7 days before event" contract agreement to have any options of cancellations. He also stated he is 68k in debt. And also sent me a screenshot of his bank account showing $61 dollars to his name. He used this in the mean time to state he has to wait until funds can be available to send refund. During this time is when he sent one or two guys to my home to "scope it out." He calls me a liar and doesn't actually know what happened to my family for reason of cancellation. So no option for those to cancel within the 7 days per contract if rented 7 days or less before event. He will snag your money and use that contract against you. Secondly, he makes you pay before providing you with contract. Everyone be aware of this shady company and scammers. He wants your money to slowly snag from you in a scammy way in order to slowly pay off his 68k in debt. And then he threatens me when I tell him I'm pursuing a dispute and or legal action. If I could leave no stars I absolutely would! So disappointed! I paid IN FULL for a bounce house rental for today April 12th from 11am-4pm. I received all of the reminder notifications, paid in full, signed the contract and everything on the first of April. I got a reminder email Saturday morning (yesterday) at 6 AM stating that they would either call or text from 8 PM to 9 PM the night before or from 7 AM to 8 AM the day of the event to reach out with an estimated drop off time before my event. I had not heard anything from the company and the NEVER SHOWED UP!!! PAID IN FULL, SIGNED CONTRACT AND A DISAPPOINTED 4 YEAR OLD! My poor girl was so excited for her bounce house. An hour before my contracted time, I called the company (who wasn't helpful at all with the AI response) 5 times!! Texted Josh twice and NO RESPONSE! Then I called Josh 3 times. DO NOT USE THEM! We had an inflatable booked for Nov. 23rd and Dec. 14th. They never came out on the 23rd and ruined my son's and husbands combo birthday. I couldn't get a hold of them before the event when I was trying to make changes, but after multiple attempts was able to. The day before the event I received an email stating they'd call the night before or morning of with a delivery time. I never received the call (text or email). It took 3-4 attempts to get a delivery time of 30min. - an hour before. 15 minutes after our party started and still no inflatable I reached out again and after multiple attempts was told they were 45 min. Out. Putting them an hour late. It never came. Since I've called only to listen to a phone ring and reach a full voicemail. I've texted to only receive automatic replies and I've emailed with no response. This company is unorganized, unreliable and may be a scam or out of business. WOW. Where do I begin? This was the biggest scam I've ever encountered in my life and I'm horrified by the way this company handled everything - I would strongly advise everyone to stay away and go with a different company. I truly never write reviews, but I'm still so upset at how badly our party was ruined, and that we were never given a refund, that I felt compelled to save other people from the same horrible experience. In brief, we rented a bounce house for my son's birthday party in November. They showed up late to deliver the bounce house (people were already arriving), and when they set it up it was completely wet on the inside (it had just rained, but the kids didn't care much so it was fine). They left as soon as the bounce house was set up. We were required to pay an extra $100 to rent a generator, since our party was at a park (totally fine and expected!). As soon as the kids got on the bounce house, their generator died (within 5 min of the kids getting on). A bunch of kids were trapped inside the bounce house, leading to lots of anxiety. I called the company immediately and asked for another generator to be delivered. They said they'd be there soon. Two hours later, the party was wrapping up and no one had arrived (I'd called them an additional several times throughout the party as well). They came after the party was done and everyone was gone and got their faulty equipment. I called several times to say that I paid $600 for a bounce house that the kids bounced in for less than 5 minutes, then got trapped in, causing lots of distress of parents and my sweet son who had been so looking forward to this bounce house for his party. I requested at least a partial refund since we only got 5 minutes of the services we paid for. I was told (I have text evidence of this) that I would get a partial refund. It has been several months, and I haven't seen a penny. I did attempt to contact them several times since the party, as did other family members of ours. They stopped answering our phone calls. It looks like they have lots of great reviews on google, which is why we went with this company, but trust me - if anything goes wrong, you will be completely out of luck and out of money. I've interacted with lots of other companies who have dealt with any issues that arise in a professional way, and these guys basically just ghosted us. So disappointing. Now looking back through the reviews I wish I had looked deeper since there are many others that had a similar experience. It seems like things either go really well - or horribly - there's no in between. Since I was unable to reach the business, I did file a complaint with the BBB (since $600 is not a small sum in this economy for getting absolutely nothing of the service that was agreed upon, and a devastated 5 year old), so we will see if that goes anywhere. read more

Apparently a truck was wrecked, a truck had been stolen recently and an employee quit that day. There was dirt, grime, leaves, old balloons from previous parties. SCAM ALERT!!! I definitely didn't get the experience that everyone else did on these reviews. I got as far as booking this company online last week and canceling the reservation yesterday, even though my son's party is this weekend SMH. I reserved them because their website says that they have insurance, which is what I needed to provide to the City of Peoria in order to set up at one of their parks. I visited the website to have all my questions answered by their Q&A section, since no one answered my phone calls. When you call, you wait on hold and then given a disclaimer saying that they are having problems with their voicemail and request that you send a text to speak to someone. So I did that and revisited the website. On there, you're automatically directed to select the option of generator + insurance when you select PARK as the party location. This costs $100 extra, and the generator alone is $64 in their menu of add-ons. So I booked them anyway to make sure I had a jumper with everything I needed per city requirements. I called numerous times to see if a live person would answer so I confirm delivery specifications that I couldn't do online but had no luck since April 8th. It then became MORE URGENT to get in contact with them because after providing their info to the city, I was informed that they haven't been given proof of insurance from AZ Party Oasis since November 2020! Even though I was charged for it and sent double emails about signing their contract for "insurance purposes." I finally emailed and texted IN DETAIL about my concern of the information given to me by the city and instead of getting a phone call, the owner sent me a text last night ADMITTING THAT THEIR INS COMPANY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS! Well we ordered 100 WHITE chairs for a wedding. The delivery time was spot on but communication was not. Gate code was given for where the event was to take place. Guys who were delivering did not receive code. Once onsite the chairs we received were not what was pictured on the web site nor were they White. There were 88 off white almost tan chairs of the cheapest quality. 12 of the chairs were burgundy red and faded along with multi color spray paint on the bottoms. The guys (kids) who showed up to deliver were not the most professional and could give an answer about why the colors were off from what we ordered. They said most of the white chairs were already gone. The truck they used was a loud diesel truck and would have been fine except for the hot rod type of driving done on property. Spinning tire on the loose gravel/dirt road when leaving didn't help. Once the event was over they arrived on time at 8pm to pick up. I explained to the same guys to keep it down and drive as quiet as they could. After the slamming of chairs into the truck and revving out the rpm's they were gone. No calls from management about chair colors. At $1.25 a chair I expected something better. To say disappointed would be mild. Also we ordered a large Jenga yard game but when it was deliver again not as the picture showed in size ($40's wasted). I'm still waiting to see what can be done.
