I was hoping to buy some parts to install myself (yaay YouTube) and save some $$. Jeremy assisted me at the counter and, to my surprise, he took care of the installation as well. He was very friendly and professional, and we had a nice chat while he worked on my vehicle. He even gave me some advice in case I needed to do that type of work on my own in the future. I have never gotten such nice surprises from Bezos, LOL. I stopped here to give my business to this place because recently they helped me with a diagnosis and I ended up having to buy the part elsewhere because I had to leave in a rush. I make an effort to support local and brick/mortar businesses, and this location will be in my list.
