Best prices. This was actually the specific knitting store we were aiming for, based on a Google search. It was quite the adventure to find this corner of the Grand Bazaar rarely visited by tourists. Google maps walking doesn't do well with Medieval pathways which really aren't roads in the modern sense. Also Google maps walking isn't great with multiple levels, it thinks in two dimensions only. This area has a bunch of knitting supplies shops, and the larger vicinity is all textiles related. All the shops are operated by men, all the shoppers were women, and I like how people who knit are so supportive and friendly across different languages and nationalities. read more
