After coming to an agreement with ABH Handyman Services to finish up the work, they scheduled a worker to come out and do the work. They've been paid but it has now been over a month and a half since they were last here and the work was never finished. Apparently it is extremely hard to find anyone who is willing to actually follow-up with their word and honor an obligation once they make a commitment. I definitely will never be paying anyone for a job again until it is completely finished and I have had the chance to fully inspect it to my satisfaction!
