The AI agents were horrible, kept sending me through the same loop, and ultimately I gave up and left a 3*. After their prompt response by a real person to set up an appointment, I decided to take down my review to potentially leave a better one if things went well. I was scheduled for an appointment about a week out, and at the time of the appointment, I called the number and received another virtual assistant (not AI to my knowledge), who told me that the person I had the appointment with was on another call. I left my number and was never contacted, until about 3 weeks later, by email calendar invite, telling me that another appointment had been set up in another week or two. I already got my issues handled by another CPA and will be working with that other firm in the future. I hope this firm here gets their virtuals and artificials straightened out soon

As the deadline approached to pay, we went to the TAS to get help. On the very first day we went in, Paul Lambert listened to our situation and gave us hope that they could be a "voice" for us. He took our case and 24 hours later was asking for specific documents which we faxed to him. Within one week we got the BEST phone call...we weren't going to owe the IRS anything!
