DO NOT use this company. We were audited for our 2020 taxes and told "not to worry about it. It's happening to everyone". Due to their errors we ended up owing over $5000 plus interest because they kept telling us they would take care of it. We will be filing a complaint with the IRS and the GA Attorney General. Do not go there. I went there two times after a friend told me they'd get big returns. Then i get a letter from the Bureau of Special Investigations about my return. My friend who i referred to them got the same letter. I had dig up documents for the government and lost my return, having to pay money. Then I get another letter from the Bureau of Special Investigations for the previous year i used them. More money i had to pay! Snd where was awesome tax service? Now the tax guy is coming back tomorrow and we've been provided NO assistance. We're making it up as we go and hoping for the best.
