These guys TOTALLY live up to their name!! I recently used them to move my kids in Tuscaloosa. There were several factors with these moves - moving one kids' stuff out of storage to house, unload, put bed together, mount tv, etc, then go to other kid's apartment and load up everything and put into storage. Then a week later, unload storage unit and move to that kid's new place. They were meticulous with our stuff, on time, polite and everything was communicated up front and there were no surprises.
