With short notice we were welcomed to come in for my 2 sons First Holy Communion pictures. He suggested the beautiful outside landscape which I loved. He made the boys very comfortable and took a lot of poses. He sent the pics for processing immediately. Unfortunately the processing place miss cropped them and once I told Him not only did he see to it personally that they were correctly cropped but he personally delivered them to my house. That is the sign of a great business owner that wants the customer to be happy. As you can see the pictures of my boys are beautiful. Give him a call for pictures for any occasion. He is right here in Selden. He has flexible hours and he and his staff aim to please.

My husband(fiancé a the…read moretime lol..) and I met with a few companies prior to meeting with Chris & Jacqui.. we were not fan of the large companies, where you have no idea who will be your photographer the day of.. and wanted more of an one on one experience, .. we wanted to know our photographer, you need to know who you will spend most of the most important day of your life with and like being around them. from the first meeting we knew they fit what we were looking for.. We were originally at the Milleridge - but they had a few problems, so a few months prior to our wedding we had to change our date and venue to the Bourne Mansion.. During that Foxlight was there, and still open for our date - SCORE!!! The day of, they were here at my house early.. they are not one of those photographers that are obnoxious and rude... my bridal party complimented to me a bunch of times they were so down to earth and funny.. they made taking photos fun!! we are not the most photographic couple, and they have taken some amazing photos.. I received my sneak peeks within a few days - about 50 photos! so far love them.. I cannot wait to receive the rest of our photos (will update review when I receive the photos and album). Chris & Jacqui are a great team, and it comes out in there work. The foxlight team is Professional and they are aware of what you are looking for and will make it happen. On to the Video - due to us changing our date - the original company we booked with was unavailable for our new date - so we used Foxlight Studios for Videography and did not meet them until the day of.. Sam & Anthony were also down to earth.. we just received our Trailer (less than a month) and it was amazing!! I Cannot express enough how much I love it. Cannot wait to see our Video :) made us fall in love with our day more and more each time we watch it. Trust me when I say, you will not go wrong with Foxlight!!

The photos you'll receive will take your breath away; between the engagement shoot and wedding photos, there were so many beautiful pictures that it was difficult to pick just a few for our save the dates, album, etc. To make Foxlight even better, Chris and Jacqui are two people you'll want by your side on your wedding day! They both make the awkwardness of being photographed so much fun and easygoing, they wont overly pose you or critique...they'll encourage you to have fun with it and make it enjoyable rather than stressful. Not only are they laid back and fun, but they're so organized and attentive! We had a winter wedding and I desperately wanted it to snow, I obviously cant control the weather BUT it SNOWED! We never wouldve known it if it wasn't for Chris coming to us and going "guys, its flurrying...let's get some photos!". It was such a simple thing I said and they remembered, my husband and I were both so happy! After the wedding, we were so pleasantly surprised when we received over 25 pictures within 5 days! It was a perfect little teaser for what was coming. We are still attempting to narrow down our 200 favorite photos to 80 for our album! So really, look no further, Foxlight is unbeatable!

As anyone can see I stated I called a week before this holiday weekend. I provided proof to you both in message and only after i left a negative and true review of my experience did you all call me once actually and sent me a sarcastic distasteful message. What's your excuse when you actually DID sit on messenger and look at the message and proceeded to not answer. It's there in the picture from Friday someone looked at the message five minutes after and proceeded to not even leave a reply such as we are very busy we will contact you shortly in the next 24 hours. So please save the phony nonsense. Small business or not I prepaid with Groupon in hopes of actually working with you all and upgrading my package for a lifetime event, you all wasted my time and i simply expressed that after being ignored several times. SOMEONE DID SEE MY Messages and SOMEONE DID HEAR MY VOICEMAILS TO YOUR "BUSINESS LINE". You all are very nasty and you can be nonchalant and TRY miserably to "bully" me with messages such as I must be really angry and the patronizing and pathetic attempts of feign blessings. I am not the one. Maybe if you all would actually respond ahead of time and in a timely manner like you advertise instead of being defensive you wouldn't have negative reviews. I will make sure to let others know of our exchange and screenshots do not lie. I will also leave a review on the Better Business Bureau with your other reviews. Do better as a business.
