Worst hotel in Munich! After a 10 hour flight I was tired, but excited ti go to the hotel and relax, take a shower and cool off. I was able to do none of that. When I first arrived in Munich it was 1:30 we couldn't check in till 3. So I set off to see the town. Munich was beautiful but very hot. After about 3 hours of site seeing I ventured back to the Awa. My room was ready. I opened the door and turned the AC on. I went to see the bathroom only to see water all over the floor. The bathroom smelled horrible. And apart from that it was hot in my hotel room. By this time its almost 5 I decided to wipe that water and take a shower. I went to use the restroom and flushed the toilet. Water started pooling up alongside the toilet. Now I was hot annoyed but clean. I tried to use the TV but it was all in german, I changed the language and it was still in German. After about 20 minutes of trying to work the TV I remember the problem in my bathroom.I go downstairs and talk to the staff, I explained that the toilet water was all over the floor but they didn't believe me. I took them to my room only for them to saw " the plumber can get here till tomorrow at 12" what! They left. I went back downstairs and demanded a new room. You see I was with my family of 4 so I demanded 2 new rooms. I would also like to say if your staying in the junior suite with 2 kids the bed is not at all comfortable. We got the new rooms and we were almost charged extra but they didn't. The next morning we went downstairs for a below average breakfast. We had to re-pack our bags to move back to our original room because it had been "fixed". There were bottles of infused water that tasted 7 days old. In our new room the AC didn't work and we were hot ALL night. We slept bad. Ate bad and this hotel was bad. 0 stars would not recommend (It was also in a very underdeveloped area) read more
