Loved Dr. Jacobs, but even more, I loved that the staff had been with him and Dr. Block for nearly a decade if not more. Our PA said she had been there the least amount of time and it was about 5 years. It takes a lot for a medical staff to be so loyal to the doctors they work with, and everyone in that office was in a good mood and were working well together. This happened on a Thursday, I sent an email as the office was closed and the manager out until Monday, received a call from the assistant that was the only person that knew my bag was in the room stating the manager informed her that I didn't go to the office with any cash and still has not called me to get any information to date. Totally unacceptable for an office with professionals that took an oath. A police report has been filed. I hope this did not happen to anyone else that visited this office.
