We just had a lovely surprise party at the Avondale Villa on a Friday evening. You must live in Birmingham to rent. It was very affordable and had a fabulous hill top view of city. Kitchen was a good size and clean. It was a little cold for many to venture onto back terrace during the evening, but was great to have if party spilt outdoors. We did have valet parking, but there are a few spaces up top for loading and some cars. Inside is a warm long room and tall ceilinwith a large fireplace at one end. We had about 70 people a bar, buffet, and a keyboard musician. All fit nicely in the space!
Lady from the City of Birmingham arrived on time to unlock and was there at closing to make sure all was well. They had clean garbage cans and restrooms ready. read more
