I specifically asked since i was signing on the 12th if that means I pay on the 12th, the lady said yes. everything was out yesterday Nov 11 and i returned my key today Nov 12 by 12:15 pm. and they stated they already charged my card and wont return my money. If that was not bad enough almost everything in my storage unit has mold/ mildew on it. They claim that the things had to be wet before i put them in the unit but they were moved from my house to a covered garage to a covered moving truck to a storage unit. my house never had water or damage or leaks or flooding so i asked how my things could have possibly been wet. they said it was not their storage unit they are new and no mold on floors or walls in my unit. my things were literally covering every inch of the floors so how could they see or know. Also my furniture isn't even a year old yet and already a mess. hopefully it is just surface and can be cleaned (at my expense). Don't store your things there unless you don't care about being ripped off and your things being ruined

My wife was visiting her family in Pennsylvania with our four children, and on her way back to Ohio, her car broke down in the Cabela's parking lot. Called tow truck, they were not able to get it started and offered to tow it to the Chevy dealership across the street. This was already close to 5 o'clock. My wife is still 3 1/2 hours from home with four small kids in tow. I called the dealership and spoke to Brittany in the service department, I explained the situation to her and she went to work immediately, lining up a technician who could work late (was there till almost 8pm), getting the VIN number of the vehicle so they could start to track down parts. Fantastic service! While they were working on the vehicle, my family was able to relax in the lounge area. Their Service Manager drove around town to pick up parts after hours to make sure that they could get her back on the road the same day. Extremely thankful for the excellent customer service and how they went above and beyond for my family! Thank you!!
