You would have thought I learned my lesson in March, but no, I gave them the benefit of the doubt...WRONG...set a reservation up this time 4 days in advance (last was 2 weeks) and here we sit again trying to find another location because this location fails to have a vehicle and not contacting the customer. And no, they can not use the excuse of it being the result of COVID...its the lack of management ensuring inventory is uploaded in the the system correctly. Enterprise needs to close this location before it kills their reputation.

Today, it was an almost brand new Chevy Equinox with less than 200 miles on the odometer. So new that the dust and suction cup prints from the robots installing the windshield were still visible in the right light! Very clean inside and out.

We loved that it had blue tooth and wi-fi very nice. The only problem I did have was with the car seat we requested when I placed the rental request. I asked for a toddler/booster seat for a my two and a half year old granddaughter. When we arrived we were given a choice of two different infant car seats. I asked the clerk is that all you have I requested a toddler/booster car seat and she is too big for either of those seats, we were told that was all they had. We were driving 90 miles to visit my dad, so I couldn't come back to get a different one and it was 11pm and stores were closed to go buy one, so I had to take what they had so she would be in a car seat. I have a bad back so I could not carry her car seat from home with us, so I was very disappointed when our request was not accommodated.

The claims adjuster is using petty cat-and-mouse tactics to prolong the issue hoping I'll just give up, meanwhile my car is a total loss and my back is injured. When I returned it, the agent said there was a dent in the hood. I looked and didn't see anything. She didn't look anywhere else on the vehicle. She went straight to that spot which she had to climb up into the drivers side doorway to see. After she, so called got an estimate on the damage hours later, she calls and said the entire hood would have to be replaced and it would cost $1900. She said she could just keep my deposit ($200) so I didn't have to pay my insurance deductable. I'll bet I'm not the first to pay for this invisible dent. This place is a rip off and should be avoided at all cost.
