    It was not the best experience…read more Unfortunately, I cannot blame the personnel entirely, but I tried to rent a car. I was picked up by a friendly driver and ultimately. I spent 45min at theocation trying to self resolve an issue for something was not within their control, but c'est la vie. They did make a call to the validity of my license which had an unusual deformation or damage on the tip of the edge. He went back to make a call. Recommended he could take a receipt for a new license, but the DMV stated I was not eligible for an online or telephonic renewal. Other agencies have accepted the same license without issue, but the folks at Enterprise decided against it. The low score is ultimately for the store to provide the service in a timely fashion. Abel, is the decision maker on this one. Though I appreciate his sticking to his guns, I didn't end up getting a rental in a timely fashion. I ended up making a needless trip to the DMV for a lesson in semantics. The Enterprise team said because of the damage to the license I needed to "renew" the license online. As stated earlier, I wasnt eligible. The DMV, verified that the card was still valid, said that I could "replace" the card online I do appreciate their willingness to shuttle me around. That was helpful, and bought time for a solution to arise. Ethan...thank you for your patience and support. Had it not been for you, the transaction and reservation with Enterprise would have been lost. I would have had to critically alter travel plans. God send. I recommend making sure that your documentation is in good order, but overall. It worked out, and that was as a result of the staff. Abel said bottom line, they had cars to rent, and that I would get it...and it did, eventually. Another thing about this location are it's business hours...7:30am to 6pm on weekdays. It's limiting, and even more so without an after hours drop off. It's a way, but there's other ways. The location is close, and the staff are helpful. I appreciate that.

I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, including an oil change, a recall service, tire rotation, and air-conditioning work. Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable and has left me both disappointed and concerned for the safety of my family -- particularly my grandchild who regularly rides in this vehicle. Below is a summary of the issues: 1. Delay and Lack of Courtesy: I was left waiting over an hour for a ride to work after dropping my car off. When I asked a manager about how being late to work, she said the ride is a courtesy privilege. So rude I could have planned my own transport. Another disappointment in feedback. 2. No warning lights before I arrived and a Surprise Warning Light: After the maintenance, I was told a warning light appeared -- this was never an issue prior to my service appointment. 3. Voided Warranty on this fix: I was informed my warranty was voided due to supposed water damage from a spill. I have no knowledge of this and firmly believe there is a design flaw, as this "spill" seems linked to a button placed dangerously close to where people place drinks. This resulted in an unexpected $1,500 bill. 4. Tire Safety Risk: Less than 10 days after the service, one of my tires blew out. The emergency tire service technician advised that all of my tires were at unsafe tread levels. This is shocking given I paid for maintenance and expected safety checks. This incurred another costly out-of-pocket expense. 5. Paid $300 for Maintenance: Despite spending $300 on a maintenance package, I left in a worse -- and more dangerous -- condition than I arrived. I am warning the public of this practice. This is not the experience I expect from a company that values safety, integrity, and customer loyalty. I demand this situation be addressed -- including a review of the supposed water damage, tire safety negligence, and placement of critical components near cup holders. I truly believe this should prompt a recall or design review. If the organization Nissan Charlie Clark El Paso, is willing to resolve this matter responsibly, I am open to removing my complaint.     We had a death in the family and needed to work out the lease issues with the car. I went to the…read moredealer and it was the coolest car buying vibe ever with music playing and even a chef making food while people were shopping for vehicles. We had a sensitive situation and were crying, etc. trying to manage grief and this task. Rogelio, Mikey and Joely were so helpful and I appreciated their sensitivity to our family. I also felt like this is the place to buy a car. I would go back if I lived in EP.
