If you are to rent here, please take a full video of your car before driving off. Get the top, the bottom, every side, etc. I don't want to assume any dishonesty, but I felt very helpless. The general car rental process works great if there are few problems with the car. However, the car I received had at least 11 problems that we marked down before-hand (a cracked light, another crack on the trunk, dents, scratches, scuffs). When we brought it back they showed us a 12th problem that we hadn't marked down- another dent that was harder to see in the wrong lighting. They let us know we were responsible for $500 worth of damage and asked me to sign a statement of what happened. As I said, I want to assume they were just doing their jobs- and in a way they were, but when there are more than 10 things wrong with a car things begin to feel like you are set up to lose a very expensive scavenger hunt. read more
