I felt I had to write a review to express my thanks for supplying my…read more order to me. I ordered a fishing pole as my birthday present, unfortunately I didn't first order it through Lathams but another online retailer. This experience did not hold any pleasure for me and nearly spoilt my birthday present as the problems went on for over a month. Luckily I found Lathams and ordered the pole of my choice. It was supplied within a week as you had to track one down for me from one of your stores and you kept me informed all through unlike the other retailer. I used my pole for the first time this past weekend and caught 85lb in a match and came second. So once again thank you for restoring my belief in buying online and I will always use you when it comes to my fishing tackle and equipment needs from now on. Regards Steven Wright

To say I am pleased with the courtesy and efficiency of the response would be an understatement. Quite frankly the response to my enquiry has been fantastic and with customer service like that you deserve to be hugely successful. For my part I will certainly use you again as and when the urge to spend my hard earned cash on even more gear sneaks up on me! but I will also take every opportunity to tell my mates what a top company you are. I look forward to wetting the net later this week. Very well done (you can certainly teach customer services at other companies a thing or two!) and by the way if you operate an employee of the month award the guy I spoke to gets my vote! Thanks again! Andy
