I wish I could give LJ Woodard 10 Stars on YELP - he deserves every one of them! LJ is most highly…read morerecommended! I had a tough choice to make because I knew several real estate agents in San Diego (all who charged 2.5 - 3.0 percent) and a couple who were friends of the family. I didn't know LJ - I actually found him by accident looking for the name of our old real estate agent. I talked to other agents and they essentially said "you get what you pay for" and "there is a reason he is so inexpensive". I agree. LJ asks for a reasonable fee and works very hard for you doing a great job - he is not greedy and earns a fair wage for a fair amount of work - in my experience, likely better than someone making two and one half times more money for the same job. LJ was fantastic at communicating with me nearly every single day. LJ was always available and he was always very straight forward. I had a VERY EASY sale and close and I credit that to a great home - a great buyer - and LJ ensuring I was prepared and ready for every step along the way. As an FYI, if you have a nice looking home, DEFINITELY purchase the premium photo package - the photos were WAY BETTER than anything I ever took. I look at homes online all the time and the ones they took of "my home" blow away what I typically see on Zillow for other homes. LJ is MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! For a million dollar home you can pay $10,000 or you can pay $25,000 for the same end product. Choose LJ and save money and reap the reward of having someone there with you every step of the way!

We were lucky and with his awesome knowledge of the San Diego market and of all the great neighborhoods, we found our dream home quickly. He was very honest with us, and wanted to make sure we found exactly what we wanted, no pressure and no stress. Due to my husband and my hectic schedules, he also took the time out of multiple days to conference with us over the phone when myself and my husband were not able to meet in person. He spent multiple hours with us over the phone going over homes and really fine tuned our search in order to find our perfect home. I would highly recommend Alexander to anyone looking to buy! We trust him like our family and he is the best!
