Often the staff will come into the room while I'm there, and they seem to range from pleasant to straight up super nice! As a female professional ice skater for Cirque Du Soleil, I love having two strong females drive my rehabilitation process. Shilpi and Barb rehabbed me on my second ACL surgery (and still are), and I am excited to come and train with them every day. Shilpi is a USC grad, was a runner back in the day, and very knowledgable. Barb is originally from Poland, a fencer, has experience in the performing arts / gymnastics, and is a speak her mind kind of girl. Both of them have been essential to my recovery. They take time to understand your sport, are open, and positive. Also, Anell at the front desk is the sweetest person in the world. 5 stars!

This review is specifically for Stacey Cladis DPT:…read more DO NOT GO TO HER. If you can avoid going to this rehabilitation center altogether, I recommend that as well. But Stacey is very rude, vindictive, insecure, judgmental, prejudice and mean! All those things get in the way and obstruct patient care. I have seen her be rude to so many people, patients and colleagues. As a healthcare provider myself, she displays minimal competence in her field. Save yourself time, money and the hostile environment that she creates.

I would never recommend this facility to anyone who actually cares about their loved ones. Staff…read moreand residents alike call it the "Tower of Hell," and sadly, that name fits. The building is filthy. There are ongoing infestations of ants and roaches, and the water often comes out brown. The food served to residents is disgusting and clearly not prepared with health or dignity in mind. The facility is constantly understaffed and severely under-supplied. There are not enough basic necessities like diapers and washcloths, to the point that residents feel forced to hoard supplies just to make sure they have something for themselves. Clothing regularly goes missing and is never recovered. Management is completely absent when it comes to protecting residents. They do nothing to prevent abuse, and concerns are ignored. It feels like management only cares about lining their own pockets rather than ensuring safety, cleanliness, or humane care. I have personally witnessed feces on the floors, blood left uncleaned, and a total lack of urgency or accountability. Even more disturbing, sexual abuse allegations are not taken seriously. This place strips residents of dignity and safety. Families deserve to know what really goes on behind these doors. Please think twice before trusting Tower Hill Nursing Home with anyone you love.

First of all the facility is immaculate. From the waiting area to all the equipment areas - even before the pandemic all areas were always spotless. And when Covid hit, every precaution was taken and every protocol followed. I always felt very safe and protected. At the front desk, Vik always greeted me with a smile and a friendly word. As a physical therapist, Anita is extremely competent and professional, but also very welcoming and friendly. She is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with: knowledge and thorough, as well as patient and kind. She could tell if I was having a bad day with pain & stiffness from RA, but still helped me progress in strengthening my shoulder. I always received individual attention- unlike other clinics that overbook and basically leave you on your own. When the need arises, I will definitely go back to Northwest PT. And I recommend them to all my friends and family. There is no question that you will receive top notch and professional treatment from Anita and Vic.
