They responded quickly and set up an appointment the next day to come take a look first. Mauricio called me before arriving to confirm I was home and to give me a status on how far he was. When he came, he told me that my pressure relief valve was bad due to old age and also my psi was high which it was at 120 psi. No other plumber who came out checked the psi for me with a gauge. But he give me a quote for just changing out the bad unit with the new one since that's all I needed. It was the best quote out of all the plumbers I reached out to so I chose them. The invoice remains unpaid despite the service being completed as agreed. It is extremely disappointing to perform professional services for another plumbing company and then be completely ignored when it comes time to pay the invoice. Businesses should honor their commitments and pay the contractors they hire. If this issue is resolved, I will gladly update this review. I told him about my concern of tree roots potentially clogging up my sewer line and he used the flexible camera to show me root infiltration wasn't bad, but that there were some shifts in the line that would need to be addressed in the future. He did this extra work for free! Fees are very reasonable particularly because the issue is completely addressed with no rework needed. This company is my new go to!
