Furthermore, the wedding we were all involved in was high on top of a mountain above Lake Tahoe. The weather deterred more than a few people, but these two were completely undaunted, even suggesting a few breathtaking shots outside under snowtopped trees. The photos are moony sigh worthy. Doesn't seem to care about finished product…read more Sadly, we've seen this company for our youth football and youth wrestling teams for the last several seasons on Picture Day. Every year, the product we receive is a little worse than the one before. For this football season, Mark Thau was once again selected as the photographer of choice. What we got, after once again buying a decent size package, was a photo that: 1. looked photoshopped, 2. had huge, dark shadows on the side of our son's profile, and 3. was SO much darker than other people's photos that it felt like they used an exposure level to 'test' their set up on our photo. We are extremely disappointed in the product we got. We let them know that in an email two days ago; no response. When it comes time for our youth football board to select a photographer again next year, count me as one of the 'no' votes. Poor result, disinterested customer service. Overall, not worth the prices they charge.
