Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Man…read morerunning the show was forgetful and lazy and did not show any enthusiasm in having my business. He never got back to me when he promised he would (I had to visit the site four times and call seven times before I had locked in my equipment for hire). The company even hired out the equipment I had reserved to someone else without telling me and I ended up having to settle for a different system. Some of the cords they provided were also faulty (luckily they provided spares). The only reason I was so persistent in hiring off Wwave is because I wanted the equipment over the new years period and Wwave was the only place that did not have their subs completely booked out for that time. Next time I will be sure to be much more organised and hire from somewhere else because I never want to deal with such terrible customer service again.
