Went there today for a taillight bulb for my car. I have never had to replace one in my current vehicle. The manager came out to help locate the bulb needed as the other employee was assisting someone else. I can't recommend this place enough. Prices are great, always helpful, and they go beyond to assist. My husband has been here several times and had the same experience. They really make you feel welcome and so much less than going to a car dealer. Highly recommended!!! read more

I have shopped here for years and never had an issue. Today I bought a set of hubcaps for my car, got them out of the box, and one was broken. Upon returning them, the store manager tried to tell me that I had broken them, and that I was lying about it. I had been a loyal customer here for years, but I will never be back to this store, or this chain. Such terrible customer service! From the store manager no less! A couple of buddies and I entered this autozone with high hopes looking for serpentain belt for my buddies new truck. We where unfortunate enough to get paired up with the worst individual you could imagine. (Mike) The employee continued to bring out two A/C belts and had no idea what he was talking about. After we questioned him if he knew what he was doing he quickly went 0 to 100 and called my friend a "smartass" and left from behind his computer screen where obviously his mechanical knowledge ends and threatened my friends well-being and told him that he wants to "tango" with us and he "gets off work at 1" and is willing to meet outside and fight us once he gets off work (Mind you at this point he was threating a minor). Once our knight in shining armor, the manager (Phillip) tried to calm Mike down, Mike called my buddy a "cheapass" for not buying the $75 kit that had a load of unecessary gizmos. We told Mike that he can f*** off and we are never returning. May God rest his eyes kindly on Mikes soul. read more
