I have used this autozone off and on for the at least 12 years, in the past, it has always held its own, in both price and customer service. The current manager is a rude and dismissive man, my biggest gripe, the Autozone points card is a scam, you get emails that are misleading, then you go to autozone and then you figure out what the email really purposed. As for the card itself, if you lose your card you are SOL, because, the autozone , employee can give you a new card, however, they are sure to let you know, that they are unable to redeem points from the store computer, and that , you the customer, will be required to call a 1-800 , a process that takes 30 minutes, so , I am told by the staff, personally , I am not going to waste 30 minutes of my life and time needed, working on my cars, either, you can keep your loyalty points autozone , as will never waste 30 minutes of my time to give you my money. That sums up my thoughts on this autozone and autozone in general, love the new commercials, too bad it's re-hashed corporate non-sense. Note: the autozones on 70th st. Mansfield, etc. have very good service and will use these if they have my parts, so, this review does not apply to anything beyond this location and autozones bs hack job rewards card. 30 minutes ridiculous, jam it, not getting my time, and a lot less of my cash. Light Bulb moment: www.rockauto.com , because , employees of these jobs , have no real incentive to do anything more than the bare minimum, I can't say that I blame them, make their lives easier, buy everything online, save money, and literally put business like this out of business, managers rude, rock-auto, it takes 30 minutes to get rewards , that are yours, rock-auto, heck, don't like fake yes sirs, rock-auto, vote with your keyboard, tell them we're to go , rock-auto, yeah I got your 30 minute call, yep to (608) 661-1367 to Rock-Auto, not autozone rewards, and will save the money direct off the price, not some sham points system. That's www.rock-auto.com. read more
