All questions were answered concisely on how long it would take and how my car would be treated while there (inside only if overnight). There we no subjective "try" statements. My last visit for alignment needed a part due to worn threads on an upper control arm. In addition there were loose bolts on the steering box. The part was replaced the bolts tightened and the alignment is correct and will last. This attention to detail is the difference between a safe and lasting repair and just a service that leaves you seeking more work or worse. It sometimes takes a little more time "to make it right" and this place will take the time if needed. Top notch.

I have been dealing with salvage yards since I am in my teens, and most salvage yards can't be bothered unless you're buying an engine or transmission from them. Not so with A Plus, and my interest in the tilt steering column that they had for sale. A Plus's price was fair; Kevin was very prompt in emailing me pictures of the steering column before purchasing; the steering column was accurately represented in the pictures Kevin emailed me, and the item was packed very well (I had it shipped to my home). Kevin was over-the-top in that he gave me helpful, detailed, instructions on how to install the part.
