Eventually I was towed to Pete's. The staff was tremendous. All three guys were just polite and kind. They wanted to get me on the road as soon as possible. After doing multiple checks, they determined my TPMS had a cold battery & the system needed a reset which they did. Then sent me on my way. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. My Arizona vehicle tires went to low pressure after the cold, close to freezing, night temperatures while camping at Pinnacles National Park in central California. We pulled over to a gas station in the edge of King City to try and put air back in the tire. As the tire filled back up, we could hear air hissing out. The 7-11 lady was nice enough to call these guys for us. We drove the 2 miles over. When they took the tire out to inspect, we could see that it was slashed on two spots. We must've driven over a piece of scrap metal or something! Within 15 mins, they had replaced and rebalanced all 4 tires. And we were back on the road again! Considering we were in a pinch, I was wholly expected to get fleeced. These guys were honest and charged us what Costco would've charged us for new tires and installations. They were the last ones open in King City per Yelp when I got to town at 5pm, and filled my fluids up and started looking for the source of the problem. We agreed that on my way back down in 2 days, they'd order some parts and I'd swing back thru town before driving back to SoCal. So when I went back by, they thought it was most likely a worn radiator cap letting out fluids, which they replaced and did all the testing - even gave me a ride to & from Starbucks. About an hour into my ride, my car started acting up so they texted with me to assure I made it home safely with ideas to discuss with my mechanic back home. Well it turned out it was a deep hidden problem requiring lots of diagnostics and testing at the dealership and in order to get my warranty to cover it, I had to get documentation/receipt on the issue which Mario jumped in to provide. Anyway, these guys are top notch. Totally kind & honest, reasonable and service-oriented. The locals in area are lucky to have mechanics of this caliber locally, and i'm glad to know about them if I find myself passing back thru town.

The damage made it unsafe to continue driving, but it was a holiday weekend and couldn't get in touch with any open mechanics nearby to help. Jorge at O'Reilly was a lifesaver. He immediately volunteered to help me figure out what I needed to do to reattach the air dam, looked up the broken fasteners, and when it turned out the parts were not in stock, he tested a few other options before ultimately helping me ziptie the airdam as a makeshift solution, which got us to our destination without issue.
