From start to finish, the process was smooth, fast, and professional. Brandy was an absolute standout--she kept us informed every step of the way and was incredibly helpful in working directly with our warranty company, making the whole situation far less stressful than it could've been. The communication was clear and consistent, and they made sure we understood all of our payment options, which we really appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and we're so grateful to have had a team that genuinely cared about getting us back on the road. Thank you again, Elder Cedar Creek Jeep, for your outstanding service!

Then took her another 20 minutes to enter mine. It was a battle, apparently, the VIN number for my Mitsubishi says it's really a Dodge Caravan, no, wait, it's a PT Cruiser, no wait... After finally getting entered in I get all the standard questions. One of these questions was if I wanted the old tire, or if I wanted to pay $1.50 for recycling fee. I stated that I wanted the old one. Got charged the fee anyway, and they tried to keep the tire. (Didn't notice until I got home, had to make a trip back up to get it later). Went to pay for it after completion, and total was $24 and some change. I said that couldn't be right, and went to see if they even put a new tire on. Went back in and integrity took over. Told them that they were not charging me for the tire, they looked at the ticket confused, saw there was no tire on there, then took 30 minutes trying to figure out how to charge me for the tire. Add: Tire was not balanced correctly, had to take it to Auto Center in Kaufman. Where I was informed that it was out of balance, and that a .25 weight was used instead of the needed 2.5.

Perhaps it can be said that today's car/truck buying options have dramatically changed. Of course…read moreI come from a generation where you visit a local car lot and make your best deal. Or, if you prefer private sales, you do your best to determine if it's going to be a lemon or a blessing. I mention this because the scope has changed so much. We shop online to reduce the running around, to reduce the pressure of a live interaction and when we actually find what we are looking for, it's snapped up in a flash because we naturally hesitate but there's likely to be five or more people looking at it as well. We are located in Tennessee and we found what we were looking for in Corsicana Texas. We sent an inquiry in the evening and we were called the very next morning. I must say, we are prone to expect a hard sell approach from a sales person. The call comes in and my guard goes up.... quite the opposite happened when we received a call from Jewels and Stewart Toyota of Corsicana. She listened. She answered questions. She offered to do more than we asked to help us make a decision from a long distance. If you are like us and don't buy vehicles very often, aggressive Salespeople can be difficult to endure. We were so THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED with the way Jewels was more of an Advocate helping us with our decision than a person focused on selling us a truck. We felt confident because she communicated so well! She made the process seamless and simple. In fact, although we have never done this before, we booked two airline tickets, and we flew into DFW. Jewels sent a driver (Rick who is a great guy) to pick us up and minutes after we arrived at Stewart Toyota we were driving back to Tennessee in our gently used Toyota Tundra ....after a quick stop in town for some Texas barbeque of course. Each of the Team members handled our transaction with integrity, dedication and even compassion. When the time comes for another vehicle, you can be sure we will contact Jewels at Stewart Toyota to find out what might be available because it just makes sense to have a personal advocate when buying a car.
