My salesperson, Kaleb, was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found exactly the truck I wanted. Sales Manager Kyle was fantastic to work with as well. He was honest, straightforward, and worked hard to make the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. Cassidy in Finance made the paperwork quick and easy, clearly explaining all of my options without any high-pressure sales tactics. What really stood out was the customer service from the entire team. Even General Manager Mark took the time to personally bring me a bottle of water while I was shopping, which was a simple gesture that showed how much they care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Stanley Ford in Eastland.
