You were told the parts would be ready but we were not informed that they were in a vehicle that was not easily accessible, and this is part of the reason we unfortunately have to have a closed yard to prevent situations like this. Plus RV's are not something we typically part out that is why they are stacked closely together in the crush area. Oh and what were you saying about half truths??

A couple of weeks later, I took them up on their offer and bought a rear axle for my truck. It's better than going to a pick-n-pull yourself, and they even beat pick-n-pull prices.
