Knowledgeable people, unlike the auto parts store. Friendly service and better prices than Autozone on batteries. The shop is a bit dated but everything that matters is 5 star. I've been back time and time again.
I had an issue with a battery recently and took my car into them to look at. The battery was fairly new so instead of giving me the run around, they pulled it out and put a new one in its place. It's important to me to get good customer service, seems to be in short supply most places.
They do batteries, starters, alternators and electrical systems. Out the door sales and installation.
I think the name on the building is the Battery Factory, they used to make the Columbia battery here locally years ago. read more
