I purchased a car for my pregnant daughter in January 2025. There were signs that they were not being honest. The price was more than advertised. They said they applied a special coating of paint on their cars at our costs. We were told the car had a warranty from BMW. We wanted to get the car that day so they said we could schedule an appointment the next day to go over the car. They cleaned the car but sent us home with a car that kept shutting off. When I got home I called them and they asked me if we can get a jump and they would called with a time for service for the next day which they did not. I called to let them know I was taking the car to BMW and they will have to pick up the cost of the bill. They got a service by 12 that day. Little did we know why. Two weeks ago the check engine light came on so my daughter called BMW to find out about the warranty and they told her there was no warranty it was with Auto Shop service mechanic. She went in and they told her they would call her and did not. During that time my daughter ended up having the baby. On the way home I saw the light for the breaks and asked if they ever called she said no. I said call them now. A man answered and looked up my name and the car. I told him I was upset about this and he told me I brought the car in January and he could not do anything about the breaks but he could put me in touch with his service department. I told him why would I want to give them more of my money. If you ever see this company run do not walk. Do not believe any of their lies sold as half truth. They are greedy and unprofessional to say the least. They blatant disregard as to what happens to people in these cars after leaving that lot is reckless. They put the life of my daughter and her unborn child in danger more than once and I hope they get the same for their love ones. This car was not sold AS IS. It was sold on a bunch of lies with some marketing bull. Who buys a car and the breaks don't work in five months. God knows what else don't work. BMW should sue them for lying using their name as part of their ploy to sell their cars. No paperwork for battery or anything else that was given. Disappointed, angry, disrespected and sad. They apologized and admitted they were wrong and two days later replied they were not at fault. read more

After telling me there was NOTHING wrong with it, they sold me a car that was not only completely in a state of disrepair, it was categorically dangerous. After veering into oncoming traffic 2-3 times I had the car checked out by Audi and paid more than $5000 to repair the damage. Bought a Jeep from them and one week later it stopped running and would just stall out. Had it towed back to them and they have had it ever since, over 3 weeks now. I was told it was spark plug wires and then it was a gasket and all of a sudden it was a whole engine. The service manager or whatever he is, Dave, thought my deductible was $500 and wanted me to pay it directly to him instead of the warranty company when the manager said that they were covering it since I had it for a week and it wasn't inspected yet and I was guaranteed inspection when I got my plates. I have been told at least 4 times "it'll be done later today or tomorrow " only to call and be told something completely different. I have been trying to be patient but they keep lying to me. I was last told that the mechanic was working with Secure One which is who I have the warranty through but I called them yesterday and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said there was nothing with my vehicles VIN being processed in any way, shape or form. Just s couple days ago I was told it would be done on Wednesday and then on Wednesday Dave told me "I have no idea when it will be done" so that I would stop calling him. Unbelievable! My only option now is to go to the Attorney General which I will be doing on Monday as I am tired kf dealing with this and just need a break but will start fresh again on Monday with all my documentation, text messages and everything having to do with this issue. Overall I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost! You don't want or need the headache or to be treated so horribly. Now when I call I get an attitude like this whole thing is my fault. I'd add pics but I don't have my Jeep. I don't even know where it is because it was supposed to be in there shop but now it is supposedly at some specialist which means they flat out lied about that as well. At the end of the day, they only want your money, your safety be damned. Was sold a car that after 2 weeks couldn't go in reverse, they supposedly fixed it, but the same problem came back. We wound up paying more in repairs. They pretty much told us you're up a creek without a paddle...take a hike....nothing we can do for you. So, find a better place to put your money. Also, they forced us to buy some auto windshield product, otherwise we couldn't get the car at their so called discount rate, which sounded scammy, but my daughter needed a safe and reliable car to get around in. Unfortunately, she had to miss days from work and we had to pay more. Thanks to these unprofessional disasters of a used car dealership. read more

This dealer left my daughter high and dry with a lemon.....they were unwilling to take ownership of a problem that occurred two and half week's later, where she couldn't put the car in reverse. They so called fixed it, only for it to do the same thing two and half months later, they made us buy some security autoshield initially, and after paying $12,500 in full, they were not going to help us, waiting almost two weeks , putting us on hold and avoiding our calls to see if they would help. Auto show U.S. in Somerset, New Jersey is not good business people...they act professional, but are weasels. Now my daughter is out of car for another couple week's as we are forced to pay to fix what they did not, for another $2,890 dollars. I regret taking my business there.
