My husband and I have been using Adams for a few years now. We buy our tires online and take them…read morethere to have them mounted and our vehicles aligned and balanced. These guys are the tire whisperers! We drive a lot and have always had problems with tires. Not anymore. Our vehicles drive great and we rarely have to check the pressure. That alone keeps us coming back. Now you have to realize this is because they are perfectionist. They stand behind their work and only put their name on things they KNOW are right. We took a work truck there a few years back for the tire swap and decided to have an inspection done at the time. They told us they would do the tires but wouldn't pass the inspection. We got the tires done, took it to a local garage, and passed inspection. Take it with a grain of salt, know what you have, and adjust accordingly. Yes, I highly recommend.

I've been taking my cars here for several years. Mark (the owner) always performs the diagnosis and…read morerepairs correctly the first time. He makes sure he properly performs the correct diagnosis before performing any repairs so he does not have to needlessly replace unneeded parts. Mark is also very reasonable with his labor charges. Definitely the best mechanic in town.

Went to Fink's today to ask about my Audi (yes, this is a place in the Williamsport area that will…read moreservice Audi's). I did not have any work done there, but Bob was still happy to check whether a part that was ordered for my car was the correct one. His shop is an oversize garage which may have grown out of a hobby labor of love. He's been in business since 1986 and his business card says "where honesty and integrity are first". The yard in front of the shop was littered with classic beetles, Audis, Porsches and a guy inside was working on mod-ing his A4 with S4 and RS4 parts. If you're looking for a shiny waiting room, this isn't the auto shop to go to, but, of the three places I went today looking to get an answer for my Audi brake question, he was the nicest to deal with and most easy going. The only problem with the shop is that it's not open on weekends (in Bob's words "emergencies only"). So, if you're available on weekdays, drive an Audi (or any other car for that matter, the business card says both foreign and domestic repair) and are looking for a shop with a passion for the vehicles they work on, check out Fink's.

I read a negative review about this company and a tire issue. Sounds to me they had a bad tire and which is a manufacturer problem not a shop problem. They should have called the manufacturer to file a complaint about their tire not blame the auto shop they just put the tires on.
