I didn't think much of it and sent it without certified mail. Of course now they're claming I lost the chipcard and are charging me with a 50 EUR penalty. Seriously? When was the last time the German post service lost an envelope??! They're ripping off customers as they are trying to quit their service. Disgusting. Go Drive Now!!
